Tour El Valle museum and the 300 year old church.
Take lunch at a typical restaurant in the area.
Local Handicrafts market in the center of El Valle.
El Valle Hot Springs with mud bath.
Chorro el Macho waterfall and forest walk.
Return to Panama around 17.00pm.

Disclaimer and important infoIt is strongly recommended to bring water, sunscreen, a bathing suit and towel if you want to go into the Hot Springs (which you most likely will once you get there) as well as an umberella as the area is dense forest and is frequested by heavy showers..
