Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellation of Airport Transfers that are done in writing more than 48 hrs prior to shuttle service are entitled to a full refund.
Paypal or Credit Card fees are non refundable. No refund will be granted if cancellation notification is received less than 48 hours prior to shuttle service date.
For Airport Transfers: Ou drivers are instructed to wait next to the tourist information stand at the main entrance 30 minutes after your arrival time. In case of a flight delay, our drivers are instructed to wait a maximum of one hour after flight arrival. After that, $10 will be charged for every extra hour.
