Food: Lunch is not included but you can purchase lunch in Portobelo (or Isla Mamey on the weekends) for $10 or $15 per person, or you are welcome to bring your own. There are “tiendas” along the way that offer cold drinks and snacks to purchase.
What to bring
We suggest comfortable walking shoes and clothing.
Bring a light jacket and a bathing suit / towel if you would like to swim at el Macho waterfall and the hot springs.
We recommend guests bring extra water, food or snacks.
