Heres a collection of numbers and addresses that may come in handy for you on your Panama tour. Theres some that you hopefully won’t need! Calling a phone from outside of Panama you need to add the Panamanian country code(507). Calling a phone from inside Panama you don’t need to add the country code prefix. Inside Panama there are no area codes so you can call the number directly. Panamanian cell phones normally start with a 6 and have 8 digits. Landlines have 7 digits.
If you’re looking for addresses, don’t. Panama doesn’t really have a mail service nor proper street addresses. Some company deliver their own mail(power bills, bank statements etc) and the address will have state a landmark and how far you are from that. There is no regular mail service and most companies use mail boxes. If you’re looking for an address take a taxi, the driver will often know the name of the building you’re looking for but will not know the street name.
